Complete Page Plan

The design preview shows the ten launch pages that set the look and structure of the site. This tab shows everything else: every page on the new website, what each one is for, and whether it’s new, rebuilt or kept. It also shows where each of today’s pages ends up.

At a glance

  • About 73 pages in total, up from 44 today.
  • 54 pages new or rebuilt: 39 brand new and 15 rebuilt from existing content.
  • Built from ten approved templates, so new pages are consistent and quick to add.
  • 69 pages at launch and 4 in a second wave 60โ€“90 days later.
  • Every current page is kept or forwarded, so no ranking or link is lost.

11. What Happens to Today’s Pages

Nothing that already earns traffic is lost. Pages that move get a permanent forward to their new home, so old links and bookmarks still work and Google passes their value along.
