Executive Summary v2

Client Portal · Campaign Overview

Your Marketing Campaign at a Glance

This portal brings every part of the Melton Norcross marketing campaign together in one place. Each section covers one part of the campaign, opens with a short summary, and shows where the work stands today and exactly what happens next.

The research, planning and design work is done. The new website’s first draft is nearly complete, two press releases are written, the SEO groundwork is finished, and the first articles, graphics and lead magnet are ready. Your approvals are what move each section into action. At the bottom of each page you can Approve, Pause or Cancel that item and leave comments or questions for our team.

At a glance

  • One goal ties it together: more commercial accounts placed, from more industries and markets, while protecting the oil and gas business you’ve built.
  • The foundation is in place: website first draft nearly complete, SEO research and site structure finished, tracking mostly set up and organized.
  • Content is ready to go: two press releases, four articles, the Collections Readiness Checklist, social graphics, and the homepage video in production.
  • Everything is measurable. For the first time, your mailers, newsletter, website and advertising report back to one place.
  • Nothing starts without your approval. Each section shows exactly what happens once you approve it.

  • Website: a section-by-section design of ten launch pages in two style directions, and a first draft of the custom built WordPress website that is nearly complete
  • SEO: a full audit of all 44 pages on your current site, a competitive audit, a keyword map, and a new site structure of roughly 70 pages
  • Ranking protection: an address map for every current page, so your page-one ranking for “oil and gas debt collection agency” carries over
  • Tracking: visitor and engagement tracking mostly set up and organized; it goes live with the new site and takes less than two days to implement
  • Press releases: the Louisiana expansion release written, and the leadership appointments release drafted
  • Content: four articles written, and the Collections Readiness Checklist written and designed
  • Brand and social: logo options, a color guide, new profile covers and banners, and the first month of branded post graphics
  • Google Business Profiles: both offices verified and managed, with a full optimization plan
