Executive Summary v1

Client Portal · Campaign Overview

Your Marketing Campaign at a Glance

Prepared for Melton Norcross & Associates, LLC by Blue Carrot Creative · October 2026

This portal brings together every part of the Melton Norcross marketing campaign in one place. Each section below matches one of the ten services in our agreement, in the same order, so you can review them one at a time.

Every section opens with a short summary, followed by the details. At the bottom of each page you can Approve, Pause or Cancel that item and leave comments or questions for our team.

At a glance

  • The foundation is built. The new website, visitor tracking, homepage video script and narration, logo options and social media graphics are complete and ready for your review.
  • One goal ties it together: more commercial accounts placed, from more industries, while protecting the oil and gas business you’ve built.
  • Everything is measurable. For the first time, your mailers, newsletter, website and advertising all report back to one place, so we can see what’s working.
  • Nothing starts without your approval. Each section shows exactly what happens the week you approve it.

3. How the Pieces Work Together

4. Recommended Order

Some services depend on others. We recommend approving and launching in this order:

PhaseServicesWhy this order
LaunchWebsite, brand, visitor tracking, Google Business ProfilesEverything else points visitors to the new website, so it goes first.
First 30 days after launchPress release #1, social media, newsletter on the new platform, SEO baseline, mailer trackingBuilds visibility and starts measuring results right away.
Days 30โ€“60Email follow-up sequences, LinkedIn outreach, Google Search Ads, new blog contentOnce tracking has a baseline, we add channels that bring in new leads.
Days 60โ€“90Retargeting, companion email campaign, additional guides and video explainers, press release #3Builds on what the first two months show is working.

5. Questions That Affect Several Sections

A few answers are needed across the whole campaign. Getting these settled first keeps everything consistent:

  1. Official phone number and hours for each office. We’ve found several different numbers and hours listed online. We’re using (469) 513-8458 for now.
  2. Fees. The website lists 25% on commercial accounts and 40% on suit accounts, while an older page says 30%. Which should we publish?
  3. Years in business. Is “over 30 years” correct?
  4. Claims and permissions. May we use the 90% success figure, client testimonials and client company names? If so, we’ll need the source or written permission.
  5. Lien wording. Mineral lien deadlines for Texas and Louisiana appear on the website and in several resources. We recommend a quick review by your attorney before launch.
  6. Photos. Current photos of both offices and your team, or a short photo session at each office.
