Further Information or Clarification Needed

To keep everything accurate and consistent across the new website, listings, mailers, posts and press releases, we need a few answers and decisions from your team. Everything is collected here in one place, grouped by section. Reply in the comments below, or share answers in whatever way is easiest, and we’ll take it from there.

Hot / Urgent – the most pressing requests Warm / Soon – when you get time Cold / No Rush – only if time permits

At a glance

  • To answer: Use the numbering system “1.1” , 3.3″, etc. to list the answers in a email. No need to copy past questions. Just the answers are needed.
  • Most items are quick answers: a yes or no, a name, or a number.

1. Needed Across the Whole Campaign

QuestionWhy we’re asking
1.1) Official phone number and hours for each office.
Phone: (469) 513-2458 – both locations. Yes?
Hours to both location: 9 to 5? Warm
We’ve found three different numbers and several sets of hours online. Used on the website, Google profiles, directories, mailers and press releases. Everything must match exactly.

2. Press Releases (Section 1)

QuestionWhy we’re asking
2.1) Review Press Release #1. Hot / Urgent
“01 | Press Release” –> “section #4”
Needed to finalize the October release.
2.2) Who is quoted. Hot / Urgent
The draft quote is written for David Roche, President. Would you like it from David or from Shelley? Should Meghan add a second quote?
We’ll write whichever you choose.
2.3) Review Press Release #2. Warm / Soon
We wrote some very generic and assumptive copy for this. You likely will need to extensively revise this release. Start or promotion dates, prior experience, a quote (or approval of ours) and current headshots
Needed for the November release.
2.4) Review Press Release #3. Cold / No Rush
We have listed a couple of different options. The new website, or a mineral lien deadline advisory?
We recommend the lien advisory.

3. Website Design (Section 2)

QuestionWhy we’re asking
3.1) Credentials & Associations. Warm / Soon
License or bond numbers, state registrations, BBB rating and association memberships to display. Which industry and credit associations are you a member of?
Shown in the website’s trust sections and footer.
Here are some findings from competitors. Not sure if it helps but just double checking.
