Website Redesign: Overview

Prepared for Melton Norcross & Associates, LLC by Blue Carrot Creative · October 2026

The new MeltonNorcross.com is the center of the whole campaign. Every mailer, ad, post, email and press release points here. This page summarizes what we’ve built and what happens next. The tabs in this section have the details.

At a glance

  • One new custom built WordPress website, on a fresh, secure foundation and designed around how business owners actually look for a collection agency.
  • Ten launch pages, covering your services, oil and gas, fees, your story, and your Dallasโ€“Fort Worth, Houston and Lafayette markets.
  • Two style directions to choose from. Both use the same pages and content; only the look changes.
  • Your search rankings are protected through the switch, so the traffic you have today carries over.
  • Built to bring in accounts: a clear Place an Account path on every page, short forms, click-to-call, and tracking from the first visit.

1. What You Asked For and How the New Site Delivers

Your goalHow the new website handles it
Modernize the layout and messagingA clean, modern design inspired by the sites you liked, without copying them. Clear headlines explain who you help and how, in plain business language.
Improve conversion flow and lead captureA Place an Account button in the header and on every page, a short qualifying form, click-to-call on mobile, a downloadable checklist, and a newsletter sign-up for visitors who aren’t ready yet.
Update branding and visualsNew navy and gold color system, refreshed logo options (see the Brand & Logo section), real oilfield and office imagery, and a homepage video.
Mobile responsivenessEvery page is designed for phones first. Menus, forms, tables and buttons all adapt to small screens.

2. The Launch Pages

PagePurpose
HomeWho you are, who you help, proof you deliver, and the next step, with the homepage video.
ServicesEvery service in one place, with a link to each detail page.
Mineral LiensTexas and Louisiana lien rights, deadlines and how Melton Norcross uses them. Template for the other service pages.
Oil & GasYour core industry, kept at its current web address because it already ranks well. Template for future industry pages.
FeesYour contingency rates and a simple fee example. No collection, no fee.
AboutYour history, team and credentials.
Dallasโ€“Fort WorthBuilt around your Frisco headquarters.
HoustonServing the Houston energy market.
LafayetteYour Louisiana office.
Place an AccountThe main form. The contact page uses the same layout.

The first draft is nearly complete. Once it’s approved, we’ll build out the repeatable pages from the same templates: the remaining service and industry pages, city pages, additional landing pages, a results page, FAQs, a resources hub and blog articles.
